Saadiyat Public Beach Abu Dhabi, UAE
Saadiyat Public Beach
is one of the most beautiful beaches in Abu Dhabi. Blue transparent water, white sand beach setting with lovely turquoise sea, waves, beautiful sunset...
Worth to pay for
The public doesn't mean free. Entrance cost is AED 25 which is $7 for adults and AED 15 for kids. It is worth paying to spend time on this beautiful beach. Additional cost will apply on a sun lounger and an umbrella for Dhs 50 (weekdays) or Dhs 75 (weekends and public holidays) but I do recommend it as you can’t take your own chair, just a blanket is allowed. You do have access to changing rooms and showers which are really nice clean.
How To Get There
The location of Saadiyat Public Beach is around 12km north east of the Abu Dhabi city center. You can reach the place via taxi, bus 192, or private car. It is located just beside the Park Hyatt Saadiyat. We went there early morning at 7:30 and paid AED 30 taxi from the city. You can ride the bus number 192 along Muroor road, and it moves from the Al Wahda bus station to Lifeline hospital before turning right to Hamdan St.
Saadiyat Beach is the best place in Abu Dhabi to refresh, escape after the hectic schedule, and abstract from everyday busy life.
Best time to go is early morning 8AM - 11AM so it is not too hot and not crowded. If you want to enjoy the beautiful sunset then you have to go in the afternoon 5PM-7PM local UAE time.
